Its hard to say. It looks good to me, but someone else may have a different opinion. The seller has really good feedback. You could always try asking the seller about it.
What I Collect:
PSA HOF Baseball Postwar Rookies Set Registry- (Currently 80.51% Complete)
PSA Pro Football HOF Rookie Players Set Registry- (Currently 19.80% Complete)
PSA Basketball HOF Players Rookies Set Registry- (Currently 6.02% Complete)
I asked the seller about how it got a PSA 1. Was there stock loss or a pin hole. He said "There is some creasing, one to the point where it starts to lightly crack the surface of the card."
The card looks very nice for PSA 1. I do agree, seller has great feedback. I am guessing I am a bit nervous.
I would hope that a seller with 10,000+ feedback would not be selling a compromised card.
That said, there is a little bit too much frosting on the bottom edge, but it probably is legitimate.
You can always buy the card, pay with a credit card via Paypal, then inspect the slab when you get it and give it the old twist test... and if you're not comfortable with it, use his 14-day return policy.

here is another....
Really good looking cards, but spider webs cause them to be '1s'.......I am sure the Grange fits the same mold.
