Help with grades on Raw 1960 Topps BB 1960 experts

Hey guys. My main question is on this low pop 1960 #223. The thing is centered 50-50 LR and I cant tell what the centering on the TB is with the flag being normaly centered like this?. The back is centered and there is white between the flag and the edge. It looks centered to me. Corners also look mint. This is the nicest I have ever seen of it. What do yall think it will grade? Got a small group of Nm-Mt to Mint mid series cards today and this toughie was in there. Thoughts if yall dont mind. The line is a scratch on the plastic case.
