Sirius auction question

Has anybody had a problem getting their items won from Sirius? I bought 3 cards in the July auction and I still have not received them. I emailed over a week ago, and have called a couple times since then. They tell me they have shipped, but supply no tracking number and obviously no cards have arrived. I just wondered if it's bad luck on my part of if something is up. I've bought from them 10-12 times before without issue, but then the last two auctions I have had problems. Appreciate any input.

I have never had a problem with them, but I always pay through PayPal with a credit card as the source just in case.....
