Hopefully, just a little problem!

I don't think this will be a problem but just wanted to check with you all, see if it has happened to you and what the results were?

Today, I purchased a card in a BIN from 4SC. When I went to add it to my registry inventory, tha message came up "no cert found". The cert # began with 2199, and I beleive that is a very recent grading number, so I'm hoping to try again tomorrow to see if it works!

I usually will at least verify the cert # befor I buy or bid, but this was only a $100 card and being from 4SC I figured it would be fine.

So, any suggestings?

I'd retry. I was getting "server busy" errors earlier tonight that since have gone away.

Be careful with pre-entering cert numbers before you get the card. On a few occasions I've done that with 4SC and received the same card with a different cert number.

PSA is way behind right now after the Nationals. All the cards I got graded at the Nationals including cards I paid $65 each to get back in 2 hours are not in the database yet. I would give it a few days or when the card is in hand and try again at that time.

That's kind of what I was thinking, backed up from the National.

I tried today, Wednesday with no luck all the way up to 10:30pm. But a couple of hours later, about 1:00am, it worked! So, I guess they had people working in the middle of the night entering these certs.

All well, problem solved!

not sure that they had people working all night. it was probably a scheduled database update.
