Paypal?

Hey all,

Just a quick question about a payment I am trying to make through paypal. I had some money in my paypal account and bought some things off ebay. I went to pay for them all and one of the payments is being processed and didn't go through for one seller right away. Why did my other payments go through right away and one didn't?
