Guess the grade on this 1959 Heinerle Pele

I picked this up pretty cheap to replace the 64 panini. The condition is pretty rough. Does it have any shot at a 2 or 3?

    a bit tough to tell from the pic, but I have a couple of Heinerles graded 2 that appear to be nicer..

    No chance at a 2 IMO with that crease. I don't know how PSA is handling 1.5's yet. I have a few cards with similar creases in 1's that I am thinking of sending to PSA to try and get 1.5's but I don't have any evidence yet that they are giving the bump on cards with bad creases but otherwise nice aspects.
