Feedback Question

Won an auction at a some what bargin price. Paid instantly 7/14. The seller said in his post he was on vacation until 7/17 so items would not be shipped until then, no problem. Seller also said he puts tracking numbers on all of his packages. Item shows as shipped on 7/24, no tracking number. I email the seller on 7/31 and there is no response. Open a case with Ebay, wait a week for the seller to respond and there was no response. Esclate case today and i get a full refund.

So do I neg him to warn other people or just let it go?
