Mint Watch on eBay - NOT the commercial one

I have a United States Mint watch with the Treasury seal on the face for sale on eBay. This is NOT the watch that was for sale commercially in the early 2000s through the Mint web site. It is a watch that was part of a small batch made for internal purposes and distributed internally.

They are VERY rare and the ultimate cool watch for a numismatist, or a just a coin guy
