What feat in baseball has not been accomplished yet...

...in a 9 inning game?
I will start with 5 Homeruns in 1 game, but this particular feat I'm thinking of I've never heard anyone even talk about it. I will see what others say before I mention it.

Liquidating my collection for the 3rd and final time. Time for others to enjoy what I have enjoyed over the last several decades. Money could be put to better use.
22 Ks?
A touchdown?
This is a great thread..............for the sports forum.
27 pitch perfect game
100 runs by one team (not that I know of)
Each pitcher throwing a perfect game until one loses it too a walk off HR
Each fielder playing a different position each inning
Those are the few that I can think of at this hour.
1) a solo HR
2) a 2 run Homer
3) a 3 run Homer
4) a Grand Slam
A couple of Guys have come close but it would certainly be a Career game to say the least.

Pitchers have won 2 in a day. I believe 2 wins in a day with 2 different teams in 2 different cities has also been done.

I can actually construct a non-ridiculous scenario where 3 wins in a day happens.
A night game (either delayed by rain or going into serious extra innings) ends after midnight, with a reliever winning the game. There is a doubleheader scheduled for that new day, and the same reliever wins both games.

But, it has not happened yet. At least as far as I know of.
Dave
...wait a minute, that has happened once.

There have been four that I can think of in the past four years and I know Tino Martinez had a game where he had the Double, Triple and grand homerun in his first three at bats. He had three other at bats that game and missed hitting the solo shot three times by about a foot. So to say the odds are 1 in a billion is way off.

No, the one he was missing was the grand slam. He had two chances to hit one later in the game, but he grounded out, and walked.

<< <i>A pitcher who pitches right handed to right handed batters and vice versa, by turning his glove inside out? >>
I know this was a joke, but isn't there a guy in the Yankee's system that pitches both and has a 6 finger glove to switch back and forth? Something similar may happen.
*From Wiki- "As of the 2009 season, only the Boston Red Sox, the Los Angeles Angels of Anaheim, the Detroit Tigers, and the New York Yankees have paid any luxury tax; the Yankees have contributed to over 95% ($164.1 million) of tax payments, and have been subject to six of the eleven occasions the tax has been implemented."

For what it's worth from Wiki...
Greg Harris is best known as the only pitcher in the modern era to pitch with either arm. A natural right-hander, by 1986 he could throw well enough left-handed that he felt he could pitch with either hand in a game, but the opportunity did not arise. Harris wasn't allowed to throw lefty in a regular-season game until September 28, 1995, his penultimate game with the Expos. In the ninth inning, Harris retired Reggie Sanders pitching right-handed, then switched to his left hand for the next two hitters, Hal Morris and Ed Taubensee, who both batted lefty. Harris walked Morris but got Taubensee to ground out. He then went back to his right hand to retire Bret Boone to end the inning.
that over the course of 2 days? The game was postponed because of rain and he had hit 3.
The next day they either continued the game or played it over and he hit 2 more? Maybe someone else remembers?
Lastly it has been done in the minors on a few occasions.
