Help with Autographed baseballs.

I am going to send in my first non cards order to PSA with single signed baseballs by Drysdale and McCovey. The signatures and balls are very clean. My question is should I get a grade on them or simply get them authenticated? What would the additional cost be for a grade and would a high grade (8+) add any value to the item? Thanks for any help
