question with a steve young rookie

someone is selling this steve young rookie(not me) The card shows a green print mark? buy his butt, He contacted topps and bectkett about value of card. They said without seeing the card they could not give an answer but thought he should send it in and have it authenticated. it could raise value to $200

Any thoughts as to value raw?

Yes, if it's graded as a PSA 9, which that one will not be.

I'd give the value of that card about $4

Card looks near mintish with the lower edge and the lower right corner.

It's probably worth between $5 and $10 raw.

Look real closely ... It's the head of a PHILADELPHIA EAGLE going after Mr. Young's butt. If you find a collector who is into S&M, maybe the seller could get a premium. Other than that, you are looking at getting FIVE BUCKS for the card.
