    You're too kind! It's a PR70DCAM at heart. Guess again :/

    Man what a beauty - I'd guess 69 sure looks it ...

    I really like the designs on a lot of Israeli "coins" and medals. But, unless mishandled, is there any reason that the modern, NCLT stuff shouldn't be at least MS 69?

    Always interested in St Louis MO & IL metro area and Evansville IN national bank notes and Vatican/papal states coins and medals!

    I agree on both counts! And remember, that photo is the PCGS photo ...
    Bought this coin raw from Heritage fifteen years ago. Arrived in small airtight capsule. Never removed. Submitted in the capsule...

    >>> PR66DCAM <<<

    Your comments on it's beauty have reinforced what I already believed - that while it may not be a 69 or 70, 66 is too harsh.

    if it makes you feel any better it's really very difficult to grade a 66-69+ PF or Dcam , no Cam or Can Cam whatever if you know what I mean - soooo enjoy the piece as is image

    Oh I do / will very much, thank you. However I do feel that the grade does not match other PRDCAMs of the same grade or even 67s. I've seen SO many scratched hazy 66's that it kind of sickens me so I just tell myself I will

    (1) ignore the grade and hold it for many years
    (2) later, after grade inflation finally makes its way into the darkside, I'll re-submit and it'll grade 67 or better.

    Edited to add: Man just think if only I had submitted in the mid '90s it'd be in a OGH image

    If the grade don't fit, resubmit.
