A friend of mine asked me to help him sell off some of his sports cards. One box is full of 400-500 cards, mostly chrome-y type stuff from the late 1990s to a couple of years ago. I didn't spend a whole lot of time but it appears to be mostly base card and parallel insert type stuff but some early cards of some stars. A few Hall of Famers and numbered stuff. Most is in top loaders so has been protected.
- There are NO game used or autographed cards.
- There are 24 Derek Jeter cards including two 1993 UD #449s
- There are 17 A-Rod Cards
- There are 15 Josh Hamilton cards including a couple of Bowman RCs (I think)
- There are about a dozen each of Jason Hayward, David Price, Freddie Freeman, Carlos Gonzalez, Edison Volquez RCs (no inserts or limiteds)
- There are 14 Jay Bruce rookie cards (no inserts or limiteds)
- There are about a dozen, maybe two Ken Griffey Jr Cards
- There are 8 complete sets of UD Nolan Ryan Heroes cards (no signed card)
- There are 29 Tim Lincecum cards (mostly rookies)
- There are maybe 50 or so 1980s common Topps cards
No graded cards. There MIGHT be a few cards in here worth grading, but I have neither the time nor the eye for modern stuff. I make no promises, this lot is probably best thought of as something to have fun with, like a 500-card unopened back full of mostly name brand ballplayers.
I'll start at asking $140 shipped.
