help: offering a sale on an ebay item

hey guys
i sometimes see ebay sellers reduce the price of an item by 5, 10, 15%; basically offering a sale price. i have a few slow moving items that i would like to do the same with but i don't know how. anybody know?

From your "Manage My Store" section, use the "Markdown Manager" and click on "Create Sale"
It takes you through step-by-step -- takes about a minute or two.
