Just a heads up - PCGS will be offering grading for 5 oz coins at the Philly ANA.

We will also be offering a special program for the ANA Panda Commemorative Medals that will be available at the show. Come by our table for details.

Last - we will be offering a TrueView promotion at the ANA. All TrueView photos will be $10, regardless of value, in conjunction with any other service.

Yes, we will be doing world coins on-site along with the world coin cross-over special. However, that is excluding ANY Chinese coins, and as always all on-site world submissions are on a case by case basis. They're not guaranteed to be completed at the show as there is a chance they can get pended back to the office for further evaluation.

Any chance you will be grading California fractional gold on site?
If I submit, are they graded the same day or sent to me afterwards.

Yes, we will be able to grade CA Fractionals at the show. We do have a 'Show Express' service which takes 4 - 6 hours if you need it back that day. However, the standard show service turnaround is typically 24-48 hours, but guaranteed by the end of the show. That would be unless of course there's some sort of complication and it MUST go back to the office.

As of right now there aren't any plans to grade GSA coins in there cases. However we are always making changes and approvements to better serve our customers needs, so I wouldn't necessarily rule it out completely. As far as a specific reason why, I don't have one.

Yes, they would have to come out of the holders.

China is issuing an ANA show panda.

The 2012 ANA World's Fair of Money takes place August 6 to 11 in Philadelphia.

The China Mint will be there to oversee the first release of pandas for the USA in

over 20 years !



The issue sizes are:

1 oz silver 10,000 pcs of which 1000 rationed at ANA first come

5 oz silver 2,500 pcs of which 250 rationed at ANA first come

5 oz gold 99 pcs of which 19 released at ANA by lottery


PCGS will have special labels and special pricing for these medals at the show.
