Is PCGS currently offering a Cross-Over Special?

I thought I heard this somewhere but can't find any details. Anyone know the specifics?

Thanks, GrandAm image

Not really that I know of the quarterly is a re-holder into Secure Plus holders. Problem is why not have the graders look at your coins if you want them in the + holder.

NGC has a Crossover Special for US and foreign. Try to cross a PCGS to NGC at the same grade, and pay only $5 if it does not cross.

That is a prime example of why someone would take a correctly graded PCGS coin and cross it to NGC.

    Don:

I'm confused by the World Crossover Special details. Is it only for modern world coins?
If it isn't, what is the biggest diameter coin that will fit into a PCGS holder? I have a 1658 Hungary KB thaler graded by NGC that looks like it may be a bit too big for a PCGS holder.
    When in doubt, don't.

Dennis - the crossover special is for all World coins. The largest holder we have is our Jumbo holder which I believe is 100mm.

Grandam - the US is not part of the World, or at least that's what some people think.

    Mozin - Bingo!
