Hey folks....I just purchased a decent size multi-sport lot privately that had a decent run of 1971-1988 basketball sets. I do not collect basketball sets and these seem to be about mid grade. I would guess the 1970s sets to be 5% NRMT 20% EXMT 50% EX, 15% VGEX and 10% lesser. The 1980s sets are obviously going to be EXMT to NM-MT including a very sharp 1986-87 near set. I have taken the time to post the missing cards from each year. If the set is not within close to 50 cards then I list total amount included to the side. The 1986-87 does have Jordan RC Sticker. The 1988 set does have the Jordan, Jordan AS and complete sticker set. Most stars are already here. OK I have completed my project of 60,000+ signed sports cards that I purchased in Jan of 2011. I have around 5000 from all sports going in chunks to PSA DNA for authentication. I have a grouping of around 1000 stars, HOFers, rookies, hometown heroes and a few vintage commons that are available at a highly discounted price. I will try to move these in one lot at first. If I do not get a buyer for the lot then I will break them up. There are two albums. I scanned 108 of the cards to give you an idea. These did not make my cut to send in because of light, smudged, smeared, marker bleed autos. Still each one is authentic and most stars and HOFers I see in PSA DNA holders are going $25-40 average on ebay. There is one album of stars and HOFers (400 or so) and a few commons, the other album is of newer rookies mostly from 1999-2006. Alot of those have decent autos but the bowman and topps chrome surface are not forgiving on sharpies. Everything is guaranteed to pass any service and I would be glad to submit any from the buyer along with my next large sub to PSA DNA at a discounted rate. Please email me privately.
