What is PCGS's policy ?

I recently purchased a 1910 St. Gaudens in an old
PCGS green label holder graded 65. The label is
starting to become wavy and the coin is starting to
look greenish (possibly from old flip). Will PCGS
regrade the coin? What are the cost involved ?

If you want to keep the original holder, you have no real option.
If you are concerned about the coin and not keeping the label, you can send it in for a reholder (cheaper than regrading) and it will get a new label/holder.
If you want it regraded, yes, they do offer that as well. Guaranteed to NOT go down in a grade (or, if it does, for some reason, then they will compensate you the difference plus the coin).

They will reholder the coin as long as the holder is not significantly compromised.

If as you describe there is the possibility the coin has PVC, you said "green" keyed this to me, contact customer service for getting it fixed. They normally do not mention it but they will conserve graded coins under their warranty also. 1-800-447-8848
