OT: who's been to/going to Burning Man?

That previous OT topic about the concerts prompted this thread.
Burning Man may be about as far a scene from card collecting as you can get, but I wonder how many of us have been there? And if you have, surely there's a story worth sharing. Or maybe not.
I've gone once, and I can't wait to return!
(Coming soon...end of August!)

Liquidating my collection for the 3rd and final time. Time for others to enjoy what I have enjoyed over the last several decades. Money could be put to better use.
<< <i>Never heard of this ... just spent about 20 minutes reading about it on the Internet. Sounds like a friggin crazy time. So you pay $390.00 to hang out with 30,000 strangers for the week? Doesn't seem like they give you anything for the $390.00. How about a WILD guess ... a FEW drugs and maybe one or two coktails (hahaha ... had to spell it this way) during the week? LOL >>
Heck, that's not much compared to the Badwater Ultramarathon - Pay $995 to run 135 miles through Death Valley! You also need to assemble a crew, get tons of supplies, a support Van, etc. And you better start planning many months in advance!

<< <i>Yeah I'm pretty certain there couldn't be a more opposite endeavor to the culture of this board than Burning Man. Or as Dean Wormer might say "Drugged, Naked and Muddy is no way to go through life..." >>
Which is why PSA has just put me on Double Secret Probation
