Does PCGS and NGC cross pollinate?

Has there ever been an occasion where PCGS has hired away a grader from NGC or vis versa?

Does it look good on a resume to have graded with NGC when applying for a job with PCGS?

Or is it like hiring a former Pepsi distributor if you're Coca Cola?

I trust 'em and those they employ because of their talents. I can grade 'em. But I make just enough mistakes buying that I need 'em.

I believe it happens a bit. Rick Montgomery comes to mind.

    Yes.

There are a few people who have worked at both companies. The best example I can think of is Rick Montgomery. In 2002 he resigned as president of PCGS to become president/partner at NGC.
