ebay problems - some of my cards not showing up in searches

I currently have (19) auctions listed, and (4) of them are not showing up in searches at all. They do show up in "my ebay", but not showing up in my "see other items". I noticed that these have a fraction of the views as my other auctions have. There is no rhyme or reason as to why these particular cards aren't showing up, since they are very similar to others I have listed and those are showing up just fine.

Is anyone else having this problem??

I think I may have fixed the problem by revising the auctions (but didn't actually edit anything). They're showing up now.

Ticks me off because these have been missing from searches since Monday and they end next Monday. I lost some serious looks during that time. image

This happens from time to time image If you look at newly listed auctions half of the cards pictures do not show up.

Edit- I just listed a few cards and they are live but there pictures are not showing up in the gallery.

I just listed three tonight and my gallery pics aren't showing up either. At least the auction itself is showing up this time. My problem before was the auction itself wasn't showing up! THAT sucks.

What's your ebay name? Maybe I'll get a good deal.

Jeff, I am glad you brought this up. I am not sure the search options are set correctly. I have several autograph cards out there and they are not coming up when I search "Player name auto" but most of my auctions are "player name autograph" This sucks because I have some cards that are ending in a few days that I though would be bringing in some more cash and the ones that have bids I am unable to modify the title.

I actually have two cards that the only difference in the title is "PSA 6" and "PSA 8", and the PSA 8 wasn't showing up... at all. I think the most important time of an auction is the first 24 hours because most people have it set up to show them newly listed auctions. I think I'm just going to cancel the four listings and relist them.

doesn't eBay have some kind of BS that states your auctions may not show up in all searches for the first 24 hours?

dunno if you want to cancel and relist because you may just be starting over. i know in the recent past that not all of my listings showed immediately, but were all there within that initial 24 hour period.

Wonder if that explains why my Ginter Willie Mays rip card #/10 only has 36 views and it ends in 5 hours after being listed for 7 days

My auctions were 7-day listings, and it had been four days and still not showing up in the searches. They started showing up right after I did the "revised" trick. Still no new views, and one of them is a 1989 S.I. for Kids Jerry Rice PSA 9 that's a Pop 1 with only one higher. Surely that card would have more than three views and no watchers when my other S.I. for Kids cards have over 20 views and multiple watchers. I mean these cards were completely invisible to ebay for four days until I fixed them last night, but the damage has been done now... they won't be seen until it's too late.
