1918-D WLH missing Designer Initials....Is this a known variety?.....Pic added

While looking through my WLH's and checking the Cherry Pickers' guide, I noticed that my '18-D is missing the designer initials. I browsed around and couldn't find any references on WLH varieties.

Is this a known variety?

It is a known variety- usually shows up below F12 and most are in the g-vg range. The rarity factor increases based on condition.
