Help with Overton attribution, 1812 CBH

Graded F15 by PCGS, (netted 5 or 10 points?), heavy die clash visible on both sides, you can discern parts of E PlURIBUS UNUM on the obverse beneath the hair curls.
thanks, Mark
oops, I guess a picture would help...

It is either 108 or 108a. It's odd because it appears to have the obverse of 108a, but the reverse of 108, unless I cannot see the die crack at 50c and across the eagles head. You may be able to see the cracks I just described on the reverse, which would confirm it's a 108a.

I say 108a - Notice how no milling is visible.

What's more surprising is how that thing got in a numerically-graded holder - It's definitely been cleaned.
