Question on PA World's Fair of Money

On Tuesday at 10:00 Am schedule shows as "Opens to Public" I read this to mean no early bird fee.

Someone has told me it will cost $250 to get in on Tuesday at 10:00 am.

Can anyone confirm that Tuesday at 10:00 is Open to Public and Free Admission?

According the ANA World's Fair of Money schedule,
On Tues Aug 7, Early Birds get in starting at 8am.
The bourse and exhibits are open to Public at 10am.

Show opens to the public at 10am Tuesday. The bourse opens to dealers at 8am. If you want to get in before 10am you will need a dealer badge. If not then you don't.
