    I mean on the "1" you'd save a walloping $6.25 by submitting 25 cards.

Together with the current backlog and the time out of the office to go to The National, I think PSA was hoping for the reaction most people have. With very little incentive to send in cards on "The Specials", PSA will hopefully catch up by the end of August. I'd expect September's Specials to gain a lot of interest. Then again I could be COMPLETELY wrong!

Liquidating my collection for the 3rd and final time. Time for others to enjoy what I have enjoyed over the last several decades. Money could be put to better use.
