Where can you first see your grades?

There is an order that I can see on the "My Account" homepage that states that the order hasn't shipped. If I click the submission# or Order# it just says "your order is being processed." But if I go to "My Set Registry" and then click the "orders" tab, it shows that the order is not in process and if I hit details it has the grades and the status of each card is "cert printed".
This was a reholder that was possibly not going to receive the same grade. The grade listed in the details is the same as the old grade. Does that mean the grades are done and everything has been completed except for the shipping? Or is this order possibly still in the air?
Also, do the grades always show up there first? I need to know where to obsessively click everyday.
