Since I can't make it to the national this year (Boooo) I decided to pursue a card I've wanted for a loooong time.

Found one with a high BIN/BO. Submitted an offer around $100 below VCP thinking the seller would either auto reject the offer or counter. Was willing to go over VCP for this, but to my enourmous delight, the original offer was accepted. Woooooot!
