New acquisition--1949 New York Yankees Picture Pack

Bought this recently from an older couple who said they found it in a drawer.
Complete 1949 New York Yankees Picture Pack 25/25. I am not one to throw around the word "mint" lightly, but this item is pretty darn close for being over 60 years old and having been printed on thin paper stock.
The envelope is toned and tattered, but the pictures themselves, for the most part, look like they were just printed yesterday. A few have a little corner bump here or there, but they are in beautiful shape on the whole.
The only recorded sale I can find is a 2010 Heritage Auction sale with a 23/25 set (missing the keys, DiMaggio and Stengel) in EX condition that sold for $119.50 (thanks to thenavarro for the auction results).
