Can we no longer see PSA/DNA Red flip populations?

Cards used to have a separate line in the POP report for PSA/DNA cards. What happened to this?

If they just changed the location, someone please drop me a link. Thanks.

    A) Not calling you out specifically DavidPuddy, and it's definitely possible that I've been guilty myself... but it does baffle me as to why obvious questions for PSA Customer Service are asked here (and often it seems the asker, nor anyone for that matter, ever picks up the phone to get the response from the only source that can give the definitive answer)??? It's not as though we have a history here of PSA representatives regularly addressing/resolving these type of questions on the forums!

    B) It does appear this has happened... i'm guessing someone goofed. They have not all been pulled though. For example, I notice that my 1973 Topps Jack Ham autographed PSA 6 now shows a pop 76, with 460 higher... that certainly isn't right unless they combined PSA/DNA with non-PSA/DNA or dropped the PSA/DNA altogether and just used the non-PSA/DNA pop report. However, my 1982 Topps Ronnie Lott autographed PSA 7 still stands at a pop 2, with 3 higher... which clearly isn't indicative of the above scenario.

    @ Eric.

I thought they had just moved this info to a new location, thus the reason I posted the question here.

I have called CS a couple of times recently. Once I received incorrect information, and the other I was promised a return call that never came.

Maybe not true in this specific case, but I've found these days that corporate communication between departments to be horrible these days. An often employees are on a "need to know" basis. In the case of technology, web sites, etc and sites such as this quite frankly you can get often get better answers from fellow users/peers than you can directly from the company.

    Just sayin'.
