These were labeled as coasters. It seems like they may scratch up a bar or table.

I noticed that right away with the Mercury dime.

Ive only ever seen those as singles, found the IHC and gave it to my brother-in-law(11). He thought it was pretty damn cool.

I have an IHC, a Morgan, and a Buff Nickel. They don't work real well as coasters because of the design, but they're decorative.

They don't look any less real than some of the ebay fakes.

I have been getting them at Fort William Henry's gift shop in Lake George, NY. They charge something around $4 each. They have not had the Ike or the Standing Liberty quarter, though...and I'm not sure about the Mercury dime...I don't think they did. They have other designs your shop didn't get as well, although I have not photographed them. It's the only way I will ever get a Saint, that's for sure.

They have been making these for a long time...my family got a Franklin half one of them when they visited Philadelphia in 1982.

I have some of them with the WCE HK222 design! But they have cork on the bottom. Very cool!!
It is not exactly cheating, I prefer to consider it creative problem solving!!!
