Did PCGS ever make a holder for the 2009 Lincoln C&C Set?

I know this an old topic...seems just like yesterday I was fighting to place my order on the website for this I was just wondering if PCGS or any ATS company made a holder for this.

There wasn't one really available for the public, but some were done for dealers through our Bulk department. There were also special labels made that were also only available through Bulk.

Thanks for the info. That holder looks nice. Is there any way for me to figure out how many were done through the bulk dept? In other words, my goal through research is to get a rough idea on how many remain in the original packaging since the only way I would assume anyone would break the original set apart would be to obtain an individual shot at a 70, or to have them put in a 5 coin holder.
