I take that to mean that shipping within the US (or "to US destinations/locations") is $xx. Lots of sellers point out that they only ship domestically.
When ever I see this or think it, I pass.
If you are in doubt, there either:
a) is something that is bothering you, therefore pass.
or
b) You don't know enough about the piece, again: Pass.
or
c) Your gut is saying: "Gimme some Mallox". (Spelled wrong?) again: pass

Some (like the Nickels) are rather harshly cleaned.
That all the coin pictures (except the 3-cent) have the same background (and thus were presumably taken by the same person) is a good sign.
However, whether or not the winner will receive the coins shown is the question.
