Funny how I nevered noticed how many of these are sold

As many on the board know, I collect 1991 Topps Desert Shield cards. Just something I'm hooked on having been there in 1991 and four times this go around (hopefully no more).

In the last 90 days there have been nine checklist sold on ebay for $2.29 to $57.77 (this one was an regular Topps error) and the 24 that are currently on ebay (Not including 4SC 1975 Topps mini that is mislabeled as a checklist). image I wonder how many of those I have laying around. The crazy thing about it is that the DS checklists are actually from the 1991 Topps regular issue. There is NOTHING different about them. You have people submit the cards and put DS on the PSA form and that is what PSA labels them as.

Now I know there are two ways to look at this. 1) To buy a 1991 Topps checklist and then submit it would cost more than $2.29 and 2) those who are putting the set together want the label to say 1991 Topps Desert Shield.

I just thought it odd. Is there another set this might have happened to in the past. I look forward to anyone's thougths.
