any card shops in Oxnard California?

My son and I are at a beach house in Oxnard, California. We were trying to find a sportscard shop in either Oxnard or Ventura California. Any help would be appreciated. We tried the internet and the phone numbers were no longer in service.

We are so desperate we would even drive to Santa Barbara.

There was one a year or so ago in Westlake Village, that shouldn't take you more than 20 minutes to get to if it's still in business. I can't find it via google.
Porky's is in the San Fernando Valley. I haven't heard of anything in Santa Barbara.

I was just at a beach house in Oxnard/Ventura on PCH. Right on the water, walked down the steps and the ocean was at your feet.

I might be at Santa Monica tomorrow, if I am I will drop a bottle with a curled up Mantle card off the pier and you can watch for it.

Hey Pdub,

I hope you had fun. Every year we come down to Oxnard for a week. We do the same, house right on the sand. No, plane tix, no major luggage, just shorts , tshirts and towels.

Sounds awesome. We have spent a week at Oceanside beach many times and have many great memories of it. Nothing like a week at the beach to get the head clear!

First off...If you are at a beach house...why would you want to drive to card store? Just kidding. The card store in Westlake relocated to the San Fernando Valley. There used to be a small shop in Oxnards called Rauls I believe. Not sure if it is still open.
Good luck and catch waves instead of looking for cardboard!!

Thanks, but Rauls is closed. Drove over there but it was gone. Only 7 minutes away, but still wasted our time.

Bob Brill used to have a shop in Ventura called "KC Kings" but I think he closed it down......
