Is there a central location that lists all known Topps packaging by year? If I wanted to know what product Topps produced for Baseball in 1964 or Basketball in 1972, can I find it all in one place on the internet?

Mary Murphy sells an unopened pack/wrapper guide that may give you what you need for 1964 baseball. Not sure about basketball. He has a web site bbckid.com

Thanks! I purchased one of the books from him on 7/12 which means it won't arrive here until early August. I was hoping to find something online in the interim.

For 1964 baseball, Topps produced a 5c wax pack, a 1c penny wax pack, the red-wrappered 10c cello pack and stand up packs.
