opened a FB cello from the recent rip from BBCE - posting for those non-believers and for some input from experts on grade-ability. thanks.

    Nice card ... congrats. However, looks like bottom right corner is bent. And what is that mark on the edge near the right bottom? Is it paper loss?

    Nice card! I'd say it will grade an 8 due to nick on right edge and touch on bottom right corner.


    Collecting 1970s Topps baseball wax, rack and cello packs, as well as PCGS graded Half Cents, Large Cents, Two Cent pieces and Three Cent Silver pieces.

    thanks guys - yeah that little nick on bottom right edge was my worry - i checked the card and corners are good - i think that bottom right corner looks that way because i scanned in card saver -
    i think its worth a sub - will let you know how it goes...

    Glad corners are good. If there is NO paper loss and it's only a nick, I'd say a "7". Since it was scanned in a CS1 I am going to guess that there is an "air bubble" by that nick, making it look worse than it really is. Hope it grades higher. Good Luck.

    Is there a wrinkle on the lower left edge? I'm hoping that is from the holder as well. A great looking card.

    yeah saw that "wrinkle" after i posted scan - thats a fuzz from the CS1 -

    think it really comes down to the lower right "nick" - i've louped it and don't think its a paperless issue - just a bubble - so close...

    i think its worth a sub - thanks for the feedback.
