Ebay/Paypal Question

New seller here. I'm selling some graded cards that will end up between $50 and $500. I've read Paypal's policies regarding Seller protection. It appears that for cards under $250 I need delivery confirmation and for cards over $250 I need delivery confirmation AND insurance. Just a final verification here from experienced sellers would be appreciated.

TIA
My favorite ball players throughout the years: Hank Aaron, Dale Murphy, Ellis Burks, Lance Berkman

No, over 249.99 you need signature confirmation. You don't need insurance, but
    of course it is advisable.
    Good for you.

For items over $250, you need signature confirmation. Insurance is optional on your part but recommended to cover yourself against loss or damage by USPS, mainly loss or if a scamming buyer receives a package without signing for it or it wasn't scanned.
