Mays Game used help

I got a bat recently. I can send scans over e-mail but i dont know how to post them here on the forum. The bat on the far Right on the sweet spot says, Adirondack under that is a facsimile Willie Mays signature, under that are the words Personal model. To the left it says flexible whip action. Next to that is Adirondack bats, inc. northern white ash under that, then adirondack in big bold letters 302 Dolgeville, New York and made in the USA. There are lines that make a triangle above that and a line before the word made and after u.s.a. so its not a modern repro. It is wrapped tightly in tape that has discoloring. The bat measures exactly 35 inches and has 282C etched into the nob. I was wondering if anyone thinks i may have gotten a game used bat. It would help as id like to avoid authentication fees. Thanks -Nathan

If you ever hope to sell you will need to get it authenticated. There is just no way around this.
Posting pictures is the only way to let anyone else offer an honest opinion. I know I have seen a good number of repro Mays bats over the years so I would not be surprised to see this one as a repro either. I would take some pictures, upload them to Photobucket.com and past the url here for all to see.
