Buyer claiming he sent payment. Said it is showing up on his side as unclaimed.

I do not see it in my paypal account is this a scam.

Was this through ebay? I am guessing not.

He probably sent to wrong paypal email address.

I agree that this is not likely a scam, but rather a case where the buyer sent payment to the wrong email address. Tell your buyer to cancel his previous payment and then tell him that you will send him an invoice through paypal for payment to your account.
