1952 Wax

What are the odds this is legit? If it is.....WOW!!!!

Disclaimer: this is NOT my listing.
I'm building a 1968 and a 1970 Topps set. I have lots of 1970s and 1960s to offer in trade.

The pack is legit. It was bought from the box that was found about 15 years ago by a prominant pack collector, and sold to this seller for about $6k 3 years ago. I passed on it for $5500 (bought another one for slightly less), it's a really nice pack, just worth half of what it has been continually listed for for the last 3 years.

Always looking for Topps Salesman Samples, pre '51 unopened packs, E90-2, E91a, N690 Kalamazoo Bats, and T204 Square Frame Ramly's

The few sellers that I've seen with high end packs. That's a beauty and I would imagine the price is more of a"look what I have, if you really want it you need to pry it from my hands" price. I would rather buy one of those than a modern Superfractor any day.

I offered $7000 on this pack about a year ago and he declined. He responded by saying that he had received a $12,000 offer that he also declined. I think he is pricing it so high because of the PSA 8 1952 pack that sold for over $20,000 a couple years ago. Nice pack though.

Man I remember Mark Murphy's advertisements had these at $2,500 a pack in the early 90's. If only I wasn't 8 years old then lol.

Hmm -- I bought one of those and am not sure if it wasn't searched.
I am actively buying MIKE SCHMIDT gem mint baseball cards. Also looking for any 19th century cabinets of Philadephia Nationals. Please PM with additional details.
