Are PSA and GAI the only two TPGs that have slabbed wax packs?

Has anyone other than PSA or GAI slabbed wax packs?

    Collecting:
    Any unopened Baseball cello and rack packs and boxes from the 1970's and early 1980s.

    Beckett slabbed a few 50s football cellos as I recall, and a company named FGS slabbed some 51 Red Back packs, but neither really went beyond that.


    Collecting 1970s Topps baseball wax, rack and cello packs, as well as PCGS graded Half Cents, Large Cents, Two Cent pieces and Three Cent Silver pieces.

    I remember a video of a guy cracking open a Beckett slabbed '59 pack with a Beckett rep when they were supposed to launch. Then I never saw another video, slab or anything about the service.

    It was probably a resealed pack.

    Here's a link to an auction for one of the Beckett graded '59 cellos. The holder actually looks pretty good, imo..

    Notice, too, no numerical grade is assigned to the pack...These cellos were part of the Alabama find and were
    graded by Beckett as a one time special.

    That does look nice. And while there is no number grade, they state what is wrong with the pack.
