Would you bother getting this Peace Dollar graded?

If not, why not? Just curious, common date for sure. Has a very, very slight toning behind her head, in
her hair and to the SW of her chin. That pesky yellowish tone.

Since I'm a pretty big fan of TPG grading - yes.

    No downside.

If you think she's a 5 maybe - at economy level. If you think she's a 3 or 4, no, since there is no upside, just expense. I'm looking on my iPhone, so it's hard to know, but I don't see it as worth it.

Its great for a type set album. I think 64 is fair- just doubt it is worth doing

Yellowish haze could be PVC residue. Let that one sit in acetone over night.

Nice coin, but not worth the fees.

Yes, thought that as well and did soak her for about 4 hours. No change. It's toning.

Great comments and I haven't decided to send or not but probably will as I do think
she's a 65. I've had a lot of 64's and this one is better than them. Meets the definition
    of 65, I think.

My original comment was based upon the initial, larger pictures posted, which showed a lot of marks on the reverse, in the central wings and the left fields.
It does look better in these smaller pics

That's funny. Photobucket enlarged them and then reduced them on their own!
I saw that as well and wondered what I did wrong to get the huge pics and then
they resized to the present images. Weird...

Buy a nice 65, sell this one and put the money toward the purchase.
