I found my copy of the book which I read a couple years ago and leafed through. What a great story. If I recall - Mookie Wilson and Ed Hearn get away unscathed but everyone else is flawed. "Camera" Carter, George Foster, and Kevin Mitchell especially.

They did not touch the Kevin Elster/bullpen groupie story. Was that true?

I read this book a while ago myself. I don't remember all the details, but for anyone thinking of reading this, do yourself a favor and read the book.

Ah yes 1986 World Series, I got detailed memories of crying my eyes out as a youngster after those biggest bunch of losers lost that series.

Entertaining book. I've heard from some that Pearlman is a bit of a hatchet job/tabloid type.

Don't know if that's true, but I did enjoy the book.
