How common are lincoln cents with clashes?

The other day I found a memorial with some strong lettering on the bust of Lincoln. Actually at the moment I don't recall if it was raised lettering or incuse. The most legible letter is an "A" on the exact opposite side of the "A" in states.

Anyway, how common is this type of thing? Are clashes common on Memorials?

I'll have to post images, but in the meantime anyone have any insight?

The 60's and 70's were notorious for clashed dies in the Lincoln series. Some being very significant.
