Today had to be the worst day ever

today i was going to go to the card store after school and i brought my card book with me. Then at lunch i left my bag at my table and i went to by lunch. When i came back and everything semmed fine. Then in my next class i went to get a notebok out of my bag and my cards where gone somebody stole every single card in there and took the book they where in. This sucks all my CARDS are gone

I don't know how things go in the states.. but I would just report it to the principal.. or ask people if they saw anything (but I guess you have already done that..)

yea i did everything everybody said they didnt see anything and i went to my principle and he said nothing all he said was if i hear anything i wil tell you. hes a jerk anyway

Yeah, people stole all kinds of things from me in school... not too much you can do.. most of the time you will get yelled at for bringing the thing to school in the first place.

I would first tell my friends to be on the look out of your cards. I would then report it to the principal and then if I was really pissed I would report it to the police department. Reporting it to the police department won't do really any good because it would be hard identifying exactly what cards where yours if found and most of the time they would be gone for good, if you have any hard evidence I would call the police and then there would be a good chance that you would get your cards back.

thanks everybody for the advice it just pisses me off because all the money i spent in my cards and all the time and its going to be hard to start collecting again

Maybe talk to the shop owner there and let him know what happened. Incase someone goes in there trying to sell/trade them all at once.

dude...i feel bad for ya and all...but bringing all your cards to school, leaving them unattended, and expecting them to stay in tact? i mean really...ive only brought a few to school, and put them in my pocket...seriously bro, again, i feel bad, but its sorta like leaving cheese out and expecting the mouse not to eat it.

That is horrible, but why on earth would you even think of bringing them to school? Even if you had your backpack with you that was just a big $ maker to the thieves at school. My collection is at home, and wouldnt' ever bring to school, especially WHOLE COLLECTION! That really sucks, how much in $ bv was it?

Where did this happen? In a crowded area? SOMEONE has to know.. Ask the princapal to make an annoncement at about the same time it hapened, asking if anyone saw it happen or anyone that was near your stuff..... Say they have family value, which is true, and that youll give a reward if they are recovered. If ya have a decent principal he should have no problem doing that....

Dang schools need camera's these days........

man, that really sucks...i know if all my cards got stolen, i'd probably quit the hobby..it would be too much for me to start with nothing all over again.

Well, if you weren't carrying them out in the open then no one would have known they were in your backpack. But if you had a good friend that knew you had them in there for the day then I would be suspicious. Dude, if y had them out in the open for everyone to see then I don't know what to say. But if nobody but you and your frends knew about them then I would go to your friends and beat the heck out of each one of them till they tell you

But, really, ask yur friends if nobody else knew about them.
