Question for everyone.......if you had a 1944 year set that came from an old cardboard, had it graded

I picked a 1944 PD&S set in a very old cardboard holder. I can show you an image of the holder as I have kept it.
I had all of the coins graded and now thinking to sell it. My question is which way would be best to maximize the selling price?
Auction as one set?
Auction off as singles.....in this case only the Walkers and a few others would bring in the real money.
Since the set is rated # 18 Its relatively cheap to upgrade and hit the number one or two spot in the registry........but then the originality is lost
Would you use Heritage? BST? Other?
Please state why you feel a certain way too.......thanks
This is the link to the 1944 PD&S set
Maybe a slight more information here so no one gets the wrong idea. I am not looking to sell now.
But may forced to sell under circumstances I may explain at a later date.

But I would not be a player for the complete set as you probably know.

<< <i>Since you still have the holder, I'd try selling it all as one set with the holder. This will add a lot of coolness to the coins that don't really stand to do well on their own, like the nickels. People who like toners might go nuts for the three halves and be more inclined to bid high with that coolness factor thrown in. >>
That's what I was thinking......would you hazard to guess what it might bring at auction?
Won't hold you to it.....just a guesstimate

<< <i>If I wanted to maximize the sales price I would probably start a thread on the US coin forum with a question about how to maximize the sales price.
Ok, so tell me more please Tom

If split up the set at Heritage you may get stuck with a lot of the lower denomination issues that might not sell or take a major beating if they do.
I don't deal in this area but that was my opinion after taking a look through the coins.
