Could anyone from Canada help me with a shipping question.

Hi all,

I just won a jersey off ebay from a seller from Montreal Canada. I saw that shipping was $20 which is no big deal as I know that shipping is higher from Canada however, when I went to check out shipping was $30. I am wondering if this is really the correct shipping charge or if the seller is just trying to get more money? I won the jersey for a pretty good price and I live in Minnesota so I'm not sure. I tried to contact the seller but haven't heard anything yet.

Any help is much appreciated. Thanks in advance.

What did the listing state for price and service level. He could airmail it for less than $15. If he is sending it express with tracking $30 to the US is the cost. The $20 cost would be the within Canada price so maybe that's what be meant. Still it should have been stated in the description. You should always read the description for Canadian sellers as the shipping calculator Ebay provides doesnt work well for differentiating shipping costs to multiple countries... It considers everything worldwide. Hope it works out.

Vlad, thanks for the reply. He got back to me and said he made a mistake when he sent me the invoice. The shipping was $20 and I am totally fine with that. Thanks again.
