Is there a minimum degree of rotation on a reverse die before PCGS will note this on the insert?

If so what`s the minimum?

Mornin' -

45 degrees, either clock-wise or counterclock-wise,
is the usual minimum rotatation for Mint Errors.

(the top/12:00 position of the reverse must be
pointing to either 1:30 or later, or 10:30 or earlier)

I believe, but I'm not 100% certain, that it's the same
at NGC.
