I don't think I made any posts until a couple of years ago! I was just happy plugging away on my registered sets and emailing fellow collectors intersted in the same cards until I realized these boards can be a big help in finding what I'm looking for. I'm not a glory hound who likes to pump my own stuff so I usually post if there is a topic I agree with or want more info about. Everybody starts somewhere so who cares how many posts in how much time? ........."World's Greatest CU Troll" whatever that means!?! 73 posts isn't much more that 45 but it's all good!image

  • Itzagoner..........like your quote at the bottom. Coincidentally this is my first time on THIS board so I'll take that as a warning! BTW, my message count is up to 48 now!image

  • I did not mean this to be negative at all...maybe "troll" was not the correct term. I am not a huge internet message boarder myself...I find just it interesting that some people have over 100 posts in a month of membership and others have less then 50 after several years.
  • Like I said.............it's all good and no offense taken even THOUGH you did sort of call me out using my ID "punchymuffin" in the title thread. A few years ago I made what I thought was a serious post (though probably the wrong board) about acquiring some cards and everbody ripped me for basically the same thing! "**** posts in 10 years must be a real dire situation!!" and junk like that from people with thousands of posts with nothing better to do than talk smack. I wound up ignoring the whole thread and figured I'd let them go back to ebay with their 23 feedback and finish their 1988 Topps baseball set on the registry. And people wonder why some guys just don't do these boards. Hmmmmmmmmm.........

Hey Punch ... forget about those other posters ... there are a lot of good people on these boards. Become active!

PS I only post about once per month myself. (well, MAYBE a little more.)
