Thoughts on the DMPL, or is it?

PCI is hit or miss on high end. Thoughts??

    They grade it 64 DMPL, 64 is wrong but DMPL? Also, is that a dipping gone wrong or just wierd toning?

    That one appears to have seen the dip jar at least once or twice, and I would call the obv. a strong PL and the rev. not PL. Keep in mind that overdipping will destroy the mirrors with time, so that rev. may have had better PL qualities at one time.

    Definitely not a 64 and it won't go even PL today either image
